KX500AF Running Good After Warm-up Today! (North Las Vegas) 12-12-2020

Kick starter issue is officially resolved but last weekend I had some difficulty starting the bike and keeping it running. It would run on the choke but as soon as I took the choke off and tried to give it just a little throttle it would die. After it got warmed up it ran okay but a little crusty just off idle. I figured it just wasn't picking up fuel very good thru the pilot jet circuit. Turned the air screw in this morning about a 1/2 turn to give it more fuel and it started better and would now run with the choke off but still not great just off idle. After about 15 minutes it really started to run like it's old self again so I think whatever had the carburetor wadded up cleaned itself out?
