1st stage: Create and release a super contagious but low death rate virus. Let the media cause mass hysteria about blowing death counts out of proportion by forging death certificates, using pre-contaminated test kits, double counting / testing, and classifying most unrelated deaths as COVID-19. A lockdown (total of approximately 3 months slowly extended over time in multiple intervals) will condition the population to live under draconian measures / restrictions and repeated ultrasounds that a vaccine is required. Actively suppress protests and isolate instigators with severe financial / judicial sanctions. Maintain the quarantine for as long as possible to destroy the region's economy, break the supply chain to cause food shortages, civil unrest and more protests. Finally, exit Phase 1 lockdown as public withdrawal ramps up. Please state clearly on MSM that ending this lockdown may be too early, but allow it anyway.

2nd phase: The lockdown, fear, and social distance will steadily endanger the population's immune system, reinforced by wearing masks, longer indoor wifi / 5G exposure, reduced exposure to sunlight, fresh air, healthy bacteria and the absence of intimacy and healthy food supplies. When people reappear in society, more people will get sick, which will be the fault of COVID-19 and will be emphasized again by MSM. Bring out the potential need for a second lockdown, supported by hyped infection rates by August 2020. All this will be done before vaccination is ready to justify it. A longer (6+ months) and more vigorous lockdown will follow around October-November until everyone takes the vaccine. This time, penalties for civil disobedience are increased and fines are replaced by imprisonment. Blame the protesters for the second wave. Set up more checkpoints with military assistance, introduce mandatory Track & Trace apps, and take control of food / gas supplies and services that citizens now require permission for. Extend the lockdown, lower the supply chain, and amplify food shortages. Stop any public outrage with the help of extreme action and violence and designate opposition leaders as the number one public enemy. Roll-out of large-scale vaccination programs and make health certification mandatory as a condition for entering the new standard. The minority that defies the agenda will be denied access to work or supplies and will not be allowed to travel.

3rd phase: If the majority of people oppose the vaccine, an armed SARS / HIV / MERS virus will be released with a 30% + higher death rate than COVID-19 and will again be blamed on the protesters. This will be the ultimate push for everyone to accept vaccination and the rules within the new system. A cryptocentric system (International Patent: Wed / 2020/060606) will be implemented in conjunction with digital ID2020 to monitor body activity, human behavior, and willingness to submit using food / shelter / water as an enforcement weapon in the new economic system . Basically, do what we want and be rewarded with credits and gain privileges or go against the system and be punished and lose access to the necessary resources for survival.
