We talk about Hyperborea "land beyond the North Wind", and briefly touch on Celtic & Chinese myths pointing to the four-continent system. We also read some excerpts from the 1903 book "A Trip to the North Pole or the Discovery of the Ten Lost Tribes" by O.J.S Lindelof--it's about a whaling ship called the Mt. Walston and its crew of 40, who accidentally sail into a hidden North Polar country very similar to the descriptions of Hyperborea/Shambhala/Agartha.
