I understand the same bill has been submitted before and did not go anywhere but until we know it did not get out of committee we have to stay informed.

We try.. We are not always active here. But there are many of us elsewhere trying... There has been a DRASTIC push for CENSORSHIP last year to KEEP people in the dark, and many, if not most, are unaware of the alternatives.
