This spicy ranch dressing is really tasty and just the way I LOVE it! You can adjust the seasoning to YOUR taste. But I highly recommend using fresh chives, jalapenos and dill. These along with the mayonnaise and sour cream are important to this recipe. I hope you'll enjoy this as much as I do. Eat healthy and stay healthy!

How To Make Spicy Ranch Dressing From Scratch | Spicy Jalapeno Ranch Dressing | Home Made Ranch Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
• 1/3 cup (40g) CHOPPED FRESH CHIVES
• 1/2 cup (75g) CHOPPED FRESH JALAPENO
• 2-4 tbsp (30g-60g) FRESH LIME JUICE
• 1 tsp (4g) BLACK PEPPER (freshly grind, if possible)
• 1 tsp (8g) SALT (more/less to taste)
• 2 tsp (8g) GARLIC POWDER
• 1 tsp (4g) ONION POWDER
• 1/4 cup (20g) CHOPPED FRESH DILL
• 1 tsp DRIED PARSLEY FLAKES (or 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley)
• 1 tsp CAYENNE PEPPER (optional, more/less to taste)
• 1/2 cup (130g) SOUR CREAM (or greek yogurt)
• 1 JAR (15oz/443ml/385g) MAYONNAISE (about 2 cups)
• 1/2 cup (125ml) FRESH MILK
• 1 tsp HOT SAUCE (optional, more/less to taste)

HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Chopped your fresh herbs and measure the amount needed
2. Mix all the ingredients together
3. Taste and add more seasoning to your taste

NOTES:
• Salt - I used 1 1/2 tsp in mine due to the spiciness level. Start with 1 tsp and add later
• Cayenne - I used 1 tablespoon in the video but if you don't like it too spicy, start with 1 tsp
• Greek Yogurt - If substituting with plain Greek Yogurt or regular plain yogurt, mix the milk in a little at a time; to get the right consistency. You may not need all the milk
