How to build and upside down fire and why

In this video I quickly show how and why to make an upside down fire.
I really like upside down fires because although they take a little more time to get going and to prepare, they take less maintenance to keep going, and I think have the potential to throw more heat while using less wood, as compared to a more traditional fire.
