How I shortened the Tsuka on my Shinwa Odachi

Here's the video I was having trouble uploading on me shortening the Tsuka on my Shinwa Odachi from 22" to 17" then 16". Didn't shorten the Nakago (tang) at all. I also put the Menuki and Kashira right side up.
