How ATF's Trigger Rule Just Got Crushed
Do you all remember Operation Reticent Recall and how we all freaked out when we got a nasty letter from the ATF. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the matter of NAGR v. Garland, a now very successful challenge to ATF’s rapid and sudden determination that forced reset triggers and wide-open triggers, standing alone, were machine guns. This case, filed in the Northern District of Texax, has now resulted in summary judgment for the plaintiffs here thus freeing, for now at least, the entire nation from this unlawful rule making order.
