How Aspies can up their game
1 Chew gum to stem
When you're relaxed, less cortisol -- the stress hormone -- is released
2 Eye contact
Check the person's eye color. See if their pupils are dilated. Is one eye opened wider than the other? Are they wearing mascara?
3 Be quiet for a moment
Ask a question. If the person hedges, check their eye color and be silent. The other person feels obligated to answer.
4 Journal
Keep a journal of positive experiences
Write negative experiences, then destroy the paper
Transfer from your brain to paper
5 do something that makes you happy
listen to music, read, etc.
6 reverse procrastination
Do it now so you don't have to do it later.
7 Create a food plan
Confidence begins with discipline which is natural to most Aspies
Sleep healthy diet, processed food (youtube research)
8 Be conscience of your hair
Virtually impossible for Aspies, it really is possible to at least get the flow going in the same direction.

10 Think of yourself as your most valuable asset
