HHO-Water burns

My $50.00 home made "Blowtorch" that is Fueled with "Water"- HHO/H2O.
Parts from "Home Depot and Aquarium Store", all Internal metal parts are Stainless Steel, Battery from Old Screw Gun =9.6 Volt's.
1 Hour of time to make, spent more time collecting parts then measuring, Sawing them and screwing them together.
Can add this technology to almost any Combustion Engine for Increased Gas efficiency.
Whole world Could run on H2O FUELED converted Gas and Diesel, as well as
"Stirling Engine's", but whole Wacky World can not agree on anything...
This could change the World, Technology that's 90% NON POLLUTING, EXHAUST CAUSE'S RAIN CLOUD'S, TO BURN WATER COULD END SOME DROUGHT'S AND LOSS OF LIFE.
