So, because of the huge puddles, the center of the Dnieper, the embankment, the New Bridge and Slobozhansky Avenue were stuck in traffic jams. This happened due to the fact that the rain fell in the late afternoon, just when the Dnieper started driving home from work and the traffic on the roads increased sharply.
В Днепре снова произошел сильный ливень с грозой и порывами ветра. Кроме того, что ливневки традиционно не справились с таким количеством воды, бед натворил и ветер.

Так, из-за огромных луж центр Днепра, набережная, Новый мост и Слобожанский проспект оказались в пробках. Так произошло из-за того, что дождь выпал ближе к вечеру, как раз когда днепряне начали ехать домой с работы и на дорогах резко увеличился трафик.
