Ezell II oral arguments - Chicago gun range ban law suit

After the McDonald ruling forcing Chicago to allow residents to own Handguns the city responded by banning handgun ranges. Ezell sued to allow a range to open and won. Since that ruling no ranges have opened because of restrictive gun laws. In response a new law suit was filed to obtain relief from overly restrictive gun laws.
