On October 16, 2015 Philadelphia Attorney Rebecca Musarra was pulled over by NJ State Troopers for speeding. The dash cam video shows the officers approaching her vehicle and begin asking her questions. Musarra is seen being asked several times by one of the officers if she knew why she was stopped. After many of their questions go unanswered, one of the troopers finally asks “Do you not talk?”

When she doesn't respond, another officer used a flashlight to knock on the driver's window and warned that she would be arrested if she continued to not respond.
After some back-and-forth, during which Musarra said her father is a former county prosecutor and during which she refuses to let go of her cell phone, she is told to get out of the and is handcuffed.

After doing a little bit more research for this video, I was able to identify one of the State Troopers that is shown being more of the aggressor. His name is Trooper Matthew Stazzone Badge# 7698
