Eleanor's Bake Shop Gluten Free Arepa Tutorial

This one has been requested so many times we can't count. Many of you have asked for a recipe...unfortunately we can't give you one, because we don't really have one. But, arepa's are super easy to make using 3 simple ingredients.

Arena Pan (white corn meal)
Salt
Water

You can purchase the cornmeal from any latin market or at some grocery stores (we have seen it at Macey's in Utah) or online.
