I like corn bread...but only if it's not gritty. This recipe is more like a corn bread pie, that you eat with a fork! I hope you like it. Happy baking in your rice cooker!

EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES: Corn Bread Pudding Pie

INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup unsalted butter, soften
1/3 cup honey or sugar
2 eggs
1 cup (8 ounce) cream cheese or sour cream
1 package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (8 1/2 ounce) or other corn bread/muffin mix
1 can (14 or 15 ounce) cream style corn
1 can (14 or 15 ounce) whole kernal corn, drained

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Add ingredients in order, mixing well after each item
2) Add half of the batter into Rice Cooker
3) Cook in 3 cycles
(leaving about 30-40 minutes between each cycle)
4) Cool and remove
5) Bake the rest of the batter
