Here I am presenting the fifth of the six sections that make up a typical ChiBall class. Watch for the other sections to come. All of our experiences will be unique for each of us. The big question is “How does each move make you feel when you move this way or that way?” Let’s relax our bodies and minds. Experiment, Enjoy, Learn. Our muscular strength will be achieved through our exploratory learning, which promotes muscle growth and strengthening.

Here I am presenting the fourth of the six sections that make up a typical ChiBall class. Watch for the other sections to come. One of the things that is important to note while doing pilates is that the moves are slow and they do not need to be big moves to make a difference.

I was drawn to ChiBall because of this versatility of movements and that movements can be adjusted to each individuals needs. Always consult with your doctor before starting this, or any other, program.
