Dominion tech seen using a USB in presumably secure area

This is 2 brief videos I that stitched together, showing a Dominion employee downloading/uploading something from his laptop with a USB in a presumably secure area where no internet access was supposed to be allowed. Someone commented, “That’s a laptop where he’s using the USB. Is the voting data on laptops? My work computer, a laptop, does not allow uploads/downloads to the laptop from USB.” And according to someone’s comment on this video, they were not allowed to have laptops in there either. Another retweeted this (https://twitter.com/CodeMonkey....Z/status/13336451165 and described what is going on: “Watch a Dominion Representative at Gwinnett County Election Central, responsible for tabulating ballots and certifying results, download data to a USB from the Election Management Server, plug it into a laptop, manipulate the data, then palm the USB.” I have included a pic of the close up of the guy’s name tag showing clearly the Dominion logo. I can’t personally make out the words but some have said it has his official title of "County Technician".
While I do not personally know the rules for election rooms, with all that we have become aware of with voter fraud, I DO wonder what this guy is doing and so I am preserving this video as a record of his activities as we know YouTube and Twitter like to delete evidence.
