Is there cyanide in apples? Yes. It’s in the seeds. But is it harmful to you? Absolutely NOT. As you’ll learn in this video, the cyanide in apple seeds, apricot kernels and other fruit pits is something you should actually be consuming daily.
Vitamin B17 - also known as “amygdalin” and called “leatrile” in concentrated form - is one of the strongest anti-cancer compounds found in nature. This compound was studied rigorously in the mid-20th century by a biochemist named Ernst T. Krebs and his findings have long gone unnoticed and even suppressed.
The correct way to eat an apple is actually to eat all the skin and flesh, then eat the entire core from the bottom up to the stem. The tiny seeds inside the core are potent sources of Vitamin B17, which can destroy cancer cells when it comes in contact with them.
In this video I explain some of the key information taken from the book “World Without Cancer” by G. Edward Griffin. Griffin interviewed Krebs extensively to learn about B17 and I explain - at a very high level - all the key points you should know.
I hope this video is helpful and reassures you that it's okay to eat your apple seeds :)
