As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, the Canadian Medical Association and the Canadian Nurses Association are calling for vaccinations to be mandatory for all healthcare workers in order to help keep the public safe.

Similar organizations have also called for mandatory vaccines, where over 577,000 health workers have been fully vaccinated. But as Abigail Bimman explains, provinces are still hesitating on what many are calling a crucial step due to questions around whether it's even legal.
