Capt. Robert Scott - Pictures from beyond the ice wall 1912

I can't prove these pictures aren't faked, but they make sense to me. Civilizations have been found all over the Earth, why not here? Besides, if they've found mammoths with grass in their mouth and the pole has shifted in the past, then the current location was not necessarily as cold as it is now. Interesting. There are a lot of interesting things about Antarctica, like why don't they allow flights anywhere near it when it's clearly much more direct to do so?
