Michael Strickland case update: Relying on a multitude of erroneous "facts," the Oregon court of appeals has affirmed the lower court's ruling that it is not unlawful to gang up and physically attack people in the street, and that it is unlawful to try to stop a gang from beating and robbing you. The case now goes to the state supreme court.
One of these appeals court judges is Douglas Tookey, who has a history of siding with rapists and overturning sex abuse cases based on minor technicalities. I will soon be releasing some videos on that.
