Ancient Chinese Quarry: Proof of Prehistory Advanced Technology?!

All of these quarries share distinct machine marks were documented to be 1,500-2,000 years old. Could these caves be remnants of a prehistory lost civilization? If so, then why are there no big stone structures in Ancient China? Where did the mega-tons of quarried stone end up? Were these caves even intended to quarry stone? What kind of product were the ancient workers after? These questions I attempt to answer in this video.

Background information:
The 15 large scale quarries are found in Zhejiang province, which adjoins the East China Sea. Two thirds of this sea is composed of a largely shallow continental shelf. 19,000 years ago, during the Last Glacial Period, the sea level was 110m or 360’ lower, which means almost the entire continental shelf at the East China Sea was above sea level. Are there any possible giant stone structures now submerged by the oceans' water just waiting to be discovered?
