Aaron Kheriaty - The New Abnormal - Children's Health Defense

Scenario & Question: A man enters a country with untested vials of substance claiming that substance should be injected and dosed to the people of that country claiming improvement of human life if compliance prevails. This man kills 10s of thousands and maims as many or more who trusted him and received his untested concoctions.
Question: Shouldn't bannings be imposed upon this man by those lands where mass killing and maiming are proven to be due to his substances, AND.....shouldn't the Bans be lawfully enforced in other subsequent lands that are discovered to have suffered same or similar fates from this man's poison? This could have profound effects upon the diabolicalists because EXILE would be the final result. in others words, THEY'D ALL HAVE TO MOVE TO EPSTEIN'S ISLAND.....and not be allowed to leave. Whatever they've been doing on that island in the past.......THEY CAN NOW DO TO EACH OTHER. I'm good with that.
