snow and ice weather warning is still announced after Storm Arwen has hit the UK over the past 48 hours.
Some areas are expected to have 10 degrees below zero this morning and on Monday morning, according to the Meteorological Office.
Snow and rain from Arwen also fell across the British Isles, and thousands of people were left without power in the North East due to the severe gusts.
Snowfall was hearvier at higher altitudes - on Friday the customers were trapped overnight at a pub on the top of the Pennines.
