7 - Keep track of your progress if you want to improve

Whether you're trying to improve your ability or teach your gun to shoot straighter, you won't make any progress if you don't keep track of where you came from. Write some basic info such as distance and some info about the weapon and ammo, as well as the date and time and you will have a built in journal of lessons learned. If you want to really accelerate your progress write down what adjustments you made such as what you did with the scope and what position you were in while shooting.
