.50 Action Express (AE) Handload Fail :*(

Let me preface this video by stating this is all a learning experience when it comes to handloading, and I in NO WAY FAULT any parties involved in helping me load this ammunition in this video. I merely post this video as a reminder of reloading safety!
I had a gentlemen at work load these up for me. He's loaded quite a few people's ammunition at work, and they all had great things to say about his loads. He does a few magnum loads. I approached him about loading some of this ammunition up, as I have 450 pcs that can be loaded. Specifications are mentioned in video. They were well within the loads I researched, and I do believe this load is listed in the lyman book.
As you can see in the videos they were severly underpowered. 8 of the 15, would not chamber for some reason. The 7 that did fire left all sorts of unburnt powder in the chamber and throughout the gun.
I came back home and pulled one of the rounds. For anyone who loads .50AE, how much case capacity should be left if one were to load 32.5gr of H110? I guesstimated there was around 1/4" of case capacity left from the bottom of the bullet to the top of the powder. I would appreciate any constructive comments as to what went wrong with these loads. Like I said I have quite a bit that can be loaded up, but I certainly need them to function like factory loads.. Again Thank you everyone for watching, stay safe :)
