2 NEW FISSURES IN CUMBRE VIEJA; VOLCANO MUCH MORE AGGRESSIVE SAY SCIENTISTS.mp4

Two new fissures have blown open in the Cumbre Vieja volcano in La Palma in the Canary Islands. The volcano has turned more aggressive says the emergency department. Scientists also reported 8 new earthquakes with magnitudes p to 3.5. The fissures are now spewing streams of molten lava and volcanic ash.
According to the govt. there has been a marked rise in the Sulphur Dioxide levels. However the emissions do not represent a health threat just yet. Locals have in any case been advised to stay indoors and to wear face masks and eyewear to protect against heavy fall of volcanic ash.
