Notably, our Constitution is founded on certain inalienable rights and, as such, is fixed and timeless. It is not, as liberals try to claim, a “living document” that changes and “progresses” with time. Because rights under a Living Constitution can be taken away at any point. Which is effectively the same as having no Constitution at all.
