'Clean Air Zone' Bath, England. Residents who work in Bath tell us of its devastating impact

Against the wishes of residents BANES Council enacted a CAZ in the city, promising it would only apply to vans, they installed the cameras and infrastructure despite the people giving a resolute NO during a consultation some years ago. Now some residents tell of the impact it's had on their lives and the awful way it's being enforced.
