Why The 9th Circuit's Decision on Concealed Carry Is Unconstitutional
The June 9, 2016 ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals as it pertains to the Peruta v San Diego case regarding concealed carry, is Unconstitutional. The United States Supreme Court has already ruled, in D.C. v Heller, that Americans have the right to carry firearms under the 2nd Amendment of the Bill of Rights.
