Why Silicon Valley is 'freaked out' by Harris' unrealized capital gains tax plan

Please anybody, share with me is income tax voluntary or mandatory? If it's mandatory then it's slavery, and slavery was outlawed by our 13th Amendment in 1865. So why in the hell does the 16th Amendment even exist? I say operate the Federal Government on 1% of what our economy produces. A little more in line with our Constitution, and a far stretch from slavery. The 16th Amendment is the Law that never Was. Only two States Ratified it. The bastards lied to us. Hang 'em all!
