Here's the latest news on Metformin and on Berberine. I share my experience with both and I also share why I decided to quit taking Metformin and instead, switch over to Berberine.

It's been 2 years since I updated Metformin or Berberine. Yikes! Time to do an update. In the last video, I was kinda on the fence about which to do, or taking both. Now that I've got experience with both, I share my thoughts on each and explain why I tried one, quit, and then tried the other.
