Another chapter in the saga of the Illinois Assault Weapon Ban is about to be written. this time by a judge who has had enough with the State's frivolous and inflammatory rhetoric. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk discusses the matter of Schoenthal v. Raoul, a now successful challenge to the State's ban on carrying firearms on public transportation. But the arguments for a say of the injunction by the State of Illinois has the trial court pretty ticked off and it appears that someone is about to get a beatdown.
