Who is this woman?

The world is like a Russian Babushkas dolls. You live on one, die and get buried. Except you get sucked down to another doll (nobody told you that you're dead?) and continue with everything a little off. Certain people go away and suddenly turn up many yrs later. Eventually no more dolls so the original, largest doll, comes and jumps on top of the one left. Some stay below (in a very dark place) and others get raised up to live forever on the biggest doll.
