“Gang Stalking” is, very likely, a disinformation term created by
U.S. intelligence agencies. It refers to the intense, long-term, unconstitutional surveillance and harassment of a person who has been designated as a target by someone associated with America’s security industry.

Such operations have nothing to do with criminal gangs. Official domestic counterintelligence operations of this type are – apparently – perpetrated by federal agents and intelligence/security contractors, sometimes with the support of state and local law enforcement personnel. Unofficial operations of this type are, apparently, perpetrated by private investigators and vigilantes – including former agents and cops, some of whom are members of the quasi-governmental Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Units (LEIU), sometimes on behalf of corporate clients and others with connections to the public and private elements of America’s security industry.

The goal of such operations – in the parlance of counterintelligence agents – is “disruption” of the life of an individual deemed to be an enemy (or potential enemy) of clients or members of the security state. Arguably, the most accurate term for this form of harassment would be “counterintelligence stalking.” Agents of communist East Germany’s Stasi (state police) referred to the process as Zersetzung (German for “decomposition” or “corrosion” – a reference to the severe psychological, social, and financial effects upon the victim). American and British victims have described the process as “no-touch torture” – a phrase which also captures the nature of the crime: cowardly, unethical (and often illegal), but difficult to prove legally because it generates minimal forensic evidence.

Tactics include – but are not limited to – slander, blacklisting, “mobbing” (intense, organized harassment in the workplace), “black bag jobs” (residential break-ins), abusive phone calls, computer hacking, framing, threats, blackmail, vandalism, “street theater” (staged physical and verbal interactions with minions of the people who orchestrate the stalking), harassment by noises, and other forms of bullying.

Both the facts and the geographical distribution of relevant published news reports – as well as other evidence cited on this website – suggest that such stalking is sanctioned (and in some cases, orchestrated) by federal agencies; however, news reports, credible anecdotal information, and my own experiences, indicate that such stalking is also sometimes used unofficially for personal and corporate vendettas by current and former corrupt employees of law enforcement and intelligence agencies, private investigators, and their clients.

Since counterintelligence stalking goes far beyond surveillance – into the realm of psychological terrorism, it is essentially a form of extrajudicial punishment. As such, the harassment is illegal – even when done by the government. It clearly violates, for example, the U.S. Constitution’s Fourth Amendment, which prohibits unwarranted searches, and the Sixth Amendment – which guarantees the right to a trial. Such operations also violate similar fundamental rights defined by state constitutions. Stalking is also specifically prohibited by the criminal codes of every state in America.

This has been happening to me for years. There never used to be graffiti in my street, now it's everywhere. Things that are so personal, it could only be me. They've taken my Son off me (he lives with his Aunty atm) only 3 streeets away. It's such a long, intense and strange situation. It just started happening suddenly. I've always been an pinpoint judge of character, picking up on vibes....language they don't seem to use against me. I think it's because I have a "spit flames" vocabulary, so they do there thing underhanded. I meet people and they pretend to be genuine but it doesn't take long for their true colors to show through. Then it's on!! It's really starting to effect me though. It's now been at a "extreme mode" for 2 years but started about 6 yrs ago, when I decided to make some significant life changes.
I'm now getting tired. Mentally, emotionally, spiritually etc
I've thought of moving but I know that's not the answer on many levels. Someone on another channel related to "targeted individuals" mentioned that it's like we give of a odour, sense, viberation and its like a cancerous bacteria. They can't/won't stop. It's like they're compelled to attack. To bring you down. They are very good at what they do. I feel like I've been slowly dismantled. Like a strip of flesh is cut of me. Its like a fucking Bloodsport to them. The evil satisfaction I've seen in their eyes scares the shit out of me!!
I'm getting so tired having to keep me guard up constantly....and now they've almost like "recruited" my Son. Bought him with gifts and fed him lies about me....but I hardly know these people. Well I know enough.
I was brought up a practicing Catholic. Mass every Sunday. Prayers at night before bed etc.
But as I got older, I saw so much hypocrisy, lies, judgement of certain people that I turned away from Catholicism. I'm extremely spiritual. I've seen and been apart of what could only be described as "spiritual intervention" from God knows where.
Anyway. That's more than enough for now.

A lot of people are waking up bro dont worry. They will pay for all the evil they are doing some day. Keep strong is all I can say. I am going through the same thing here in the uk. Constant police, ambulance,fire trucks siren harrassment all the time. They follow me about every where, even places like parks and the woods where I go to, to have a peace of mind. Suddenly a girl dressed exactly the way I like would turn up and start walking a certain way around where am at lol. I stopped going to those places because I get a feeling they are trying to set me up. Cars of same colors, helicopters. Multiple cars exiting and entering same time as me. To be honest these days I kind of miss them when they are not around lol. Since nothing stays the same one day we will all know the reason for this. Record them but dont let them know you are doing it or else they will slither away into the dark like reptiles and cockroaches.

I ignored the gangstalking so much that a girl actually jumped into my car while I was parked in front of Panera Bread. She was yelling in my ear. I said to her: What are you doing in my car? She got out.
The gangstalking is not the worst part of MKUltra: the emf attacks are.

It's good to know I'm not the only one who experiences this weird stuff and that it's all a conspiracy. Particularly the horn-honking and the vehicular mobbing. Does sensitizing a person to certain colors apply to fashion too? Where almost everyone's wearing the exact same colors? Is fashion mobbing a thing? Where almost everyone's wearing the exact same or similar clothes, same facial hair and the same hairstyle? Sometimes I see people in public who look like clones.

This was interesting..i felt that way before but i dont think its that deep..ive seen the same people on the greyhound who ive seen on the city bus..watching me the same way..but eventually i didnt see them anymore..best thing to do is act as if they dont exist..pretty soon they really wont.and because of your power to transform yourself you wont worry anymore..its to many people in the world for any individual to walk thru life paranoid..just remember your own power and know God wont allow you to be harmed

yo kiddo keep up the good fight.....i became aware of my gangstalking when i was about 24 years old but i hear that somebody are even targeted before they are born or while they are still in their mothers' womb.....we are in the right and they are in the wrong....don't let the negativity in the world prevent you from having a meaningful future for yourself

my advice to everyone here would be remember who you was before all this started happening and then go back to being that.... think about it a long time ago when everything was a okay ...if there was a loud sound outside you wouldn't assume it has anything to do with you you just be annoyed... let go of patterns. live within a bubble where you only pay attention to things in your immediate vicinity that have to do with you.. if someone comes up next to you until they speak to you pretend like they're not even there... observe things as if you're not observing anything at all.
. be aware as if you was completely oblivious.. you'll know that what I'm saying is working when things happen but there's no emotional attachment to it you feel absolutely nothing and you just go about your day... a good source of philosophy that would help you achieve this is Taoism.. read the daodejing and your understanding will increase... no matter what happens never accuse anybody... a lot of these things that happen also happened naturally... half of the time you feel someone is doing something they most likely have no crew and that's just the way they act.. hope this helps... be Zen find peace at heart..

Hands down, it has something to do with sexuality, or at least that's a part of the tactics. Also, most of the work is done by young people. When I was using my computer one day I could see the outlines of four people on my television monitor.

Whatever this activity is, it can lead to rampant drug and alcohol abuse (death in some cases). It rips good families apart. Although, I imagine the impact is different in everyone. Nonetheless, it's not the fault of tech, it's the operators or "handlers." They make people really sick. It's like giving an irrational nut the password to your facebook and trusting that they won't harm you. The damage will never go away, even if all activity ceases.

Where are you from in Oregon? I was targeted in Salem. I ended up homeless trying to get home to NJ. I had my car stolen lost everything I own but I wouldn't break. Law enforcement illegally arrested me twice but I finally got home. It was a traumatic experience but don't lose hope. You're in touch with something spiritual and this is a design to break your spirit and make you do things you wouldn't normally do. Stay strong man!

Your enemy “the enemy of your soul” will use fear to harass you and get you paranoid to get you to do something drastic and ruin your life, ask the lord to come into your heart and fear will leave you (but you have to mean it or it’s of no effect), I’m not saying you’re crazy as I know this fact does exist but it’s spiritual bro !

I can spot them IMMEDIATELY. If I am with someone, I will point them out and watch the craziness unfold. If you can recognize them before the harassment sessions begin, you can begin to develop a hypothesis and prove they are doing it. Are they sitting in their cars for odd periods of time, but no one else is, only them and they are close? If so, it is still manageable, but I don't know for how long. Good lucky buddy.

I was targeted simply by knowing someone even after he was put in federal penitentiary I was still stocked my young son son was stalked and I continue to be stocked for 20 plus years my son died and I name those people responsible for it I got cancer and they're responsible for that too I can tell you it was local law enforcement and federal law enforcement along with P paid persons that were harassing me to no end

Also, when I used to smoke tons of weed I would always feel like people were talking about me when I went out to public places. I quit hanging out with my friends and family, completely isolated myself from society because I felt people were judging and talking about me. I haven't gotten high in over 6 years and I don't experience this anymore.

Well it had the opposite effect on me. Made me grow up. Got clean n sober, started working out. Learning to become a better fighter. I ain't living in fear No More. Or Uneasy. I Run up on Them Now. I follow them

Don't forget street theatre. Where perpetrators start having an overly loud and scripted conversation with one another in close proximity to you, about things that pertain to what you've done in the privacy of your home or things that only you should know. I.e.; what you ate that day, a particular phrase you've said etc etc.

One time I walked into a winery from an empty parking lot, and when I came out , there were a dozen white cars parked next to eachother . It was weird.
