Today we examine this travesty in the Second Amendment community by referencing a law review article, written just a few years ago, when many more conservative states were passing abortion laws which were in direct conflict with the holdings of Roe v. Wade. But that case has now been overturned. What about states that are knowingly passing laws in violation of the clear holdings in New York Pistol & Rifle Association v. Bruen?
