WHAT'S A TACO AND PANCAKE HOLSTER?.......are there different flavors?

If your just getting involved with kydex holsters, or Boltaron, you may have heard the terms 'taco' and 'pancake', and despite both of those being 2 of my favorite foods :-), they are not edible, so there are not different flavors.....good idea though.
