Wen 8 in. 5-Speed Drill Press Model 4208 unboxing, assembly & review.

I unbox a new Wen model 4208 5 speed 8" drill press, assemble it & discuss a few features. I purchased this primarily to assist in an 80% AR lower build, but will get a lot of use out of it on other projects too.
