Weather Events 2021 - Flooding across Europe (5) (devastation) - BBC & ITV News - 16th July 2021

With so much rain falling in so small a time and region, we see from Germany and Belgium the devastation and high levels of water that has left 100 dead, with hundreds more missing or injured caught unawares here and further afield.
