I've seen this and other videos of the same event. This is a problem. Not only do the two girls disappear and reappear but all of the people in the background change as well. At the end of the swearing-in when the family is hugging, the camera angle is such that you can see those 2 girls are not there. This is more than a camera angle issue.

The pink and white were out of shot on the left in the first scene with biden stepping up and turning to help the missis! A second, camera 2, is also out of shot on the right. It then switches to camera 2 which is aimed straight down (back in scene one camera 1, out of shot camera 2 is aimed across from right to left. Just as we cant see camera 2 neither can we see whats on the left in scene 1 camera 1. Scene 2 camera 2 is aimed straight down (camera 1 on our left out of shot). We are now looking through camera 2 and behind them is a flight of blue carpeted steps. Depth on camera is very deceptive and folk behind can look a lot nearer than they actually are! So no quick shuffle of people just different angles!
