QUESTION: WHY IS IT that these DEGENERATE BA$TARD$ ARE EVEN GIVEN THE OPTION OF RESIGNATION????!! THEY FORFEIT THEIR OFFICE THE MOMENT THEY ENGAGE IN SUCH MISCONDUCT -- "IPSO FACTO FORFEITURE OF PUBLIC OFFICE", according to our Supreme Court, "THE ACT ITSELF CREATES THE FORFEITURE, FOR WHICH NO FURTHER JUDICIAL DETERMINATION IS NEEDED." If these creeps 'resign' they KEEP their BENEFITS, PENSIONS and can seek public office again. NOT SO WITH FORFEITURE -- as ALL TIES ARE C-U-T, FOR LIFE!!!
