VIETNAM VETERANS SHARE FROM THEIR WORLD AT POW-WOW: What happens when Native Americans gather to honor, remember, and support those who serve in harm's way? Prepare to shed a tear as you watch deeply moving & authentic accounts of the Nam experience from Veterans at this powerful and healing weekend.

PARENTAL GUIDANCE ADVISED. Due to the serious and slightly graphic details shared by some veterans, parental guidance is advised.

POW WOW ORGANIZER: Chief Jim Wilson, Principal Chief of the Nuluti Equani Ehi tribe, dedicated his 14th Annual Strong Sun Pow Wow at Kernersville, NC (July 7-9, 2017) to Vietnam Veterans who were observing the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War.

NOTE FROM ANN M. WOLF: "Every year I prepare something for Vietnam Veterans which I release on Vietnam Veterans Day (March 29th) as a token of my respect and appreciation for service and sacrifice given. Releases from prior years include, "After Vietnam, The Healing" & "Johnny's Poem" as well as Joe Doyle's commentary about PTSD in "Our Time, Our Turn," all of which can be found in the video library here or on YouTube. This year I am sharing some very special footage of Nam Vets & supporters who speak from the soul as part of the 50th Anniversary commemoration of the Vietnam War, something amazing which took place at the Strong Sun Pow Wow, organized by Chief Jim Wilson. The comments are raw and deeply conveyed. It was an honor to be a part of such a powerful, healing experience. I was there as guest presenter, having brought the POW/MIA/KIA ceremony to the Circle during Veteran's Honors, shortly after Grand Entry. I am wishing all of you a memorable and meaningful Vietnam Veteran's Day, today & every day." Ann M. Wolf
