Security video allegedly shows an Ohio woman attempting to lure a 4-year-old boy away from his home before pretending to be with Child Protective Services. Forty-four-year-old Lisa Nacrelli then proceeded to enter the boy’s home and pretend to do an inspection to scare his parents.
