Vaccine Banner Campaign
Should there be some sort of compensation for injury resulting in a rushed vaccine in the face of a pandemic? Probably. Who says who would be responsible though? The government for rushing it? The manufacturer for not caring enough since they don't have any liability?. I would imagine that requiring some sort of liability would ensure certain safety protocols were strictly adhered to while also producing it as quickly as possible. However, the benefits of vaccines FAR outweigh any adverse reactions that may occur in an EXTREMELY small set of individuals. Everyone I know has been vaccinated, and guess what, they're doing great. Vaccines have saved LITERALLY hundreds of millions of lives. Estimations are anywhere from 2 million to 9 million lives are saved every year from vaccines. Whereas only 6000 vaccine injury claims were awarded in 2018. I hate the phrase "for the greater good", but seriously your TV is more likely to physically hurt you than a vaccine....
I had the mumps as a one year old (the vaccine did not come out until around 1967) and I have reason to believe that the mumps caused my hearing loss. .. makes you wonder.
The benefit of vaccines for humanity by far outweighs the occasional issue
