There's 3 copies in a building permit.2 goes to courthouse to tax office.so if you increase value of property they get their tax increase.next time say it's only emergency repair only.roof was leaking,that's a emergency.

people think when they buy property, buy a house, that they own their house and property. if they are paying property tax, they don't own that property, they are only renting that property. when you stop paying the property tax, you will find out who really owns your property. and it is the Organized Crime Syndicate called government.
