U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Student Loan 'Forgiveness'

In July of 2021, U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D - California) indicated that President Biden did not have the authority to 'forgive' or 'cancel' student loan debt. Now, on the heels of the Biden Administration's announcement of doing just that for what is widely expected to be in the amount of $10,000 of 'cancelation' for individuals making less than $125k per year, does she feel the same way?
