Two Prime Ministers, One speech

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Australian Prime Minister John Howard give the same speech on Iraq. Still believe politicians call the shots? Think again.
Correction:
Stephen Harper was not Prime Minister at the time, he was a Member o Parliament. He did not become Prime Minister until 2007. John Howard was Prime Minister at the time in Australia. He was the leader of the opposition.
