Recall Trump did the same 1T, and the best we got from them was a McCain thumbs down over Obamacare, IIRC... Then we got USMCA under a more divided congress, 89-10, could not pivot fast enough to RURURU in the next breath, covered LIVE on CSPAN. Was everything NAFTA was, TPP was going to be, and "Paris climate" the environment section, all rolled into one monstrosity of a legislation... Do we honestly believe knowing that, and more, 2T is going to be any different or better? I do not have any expections it would be, that it can only get worse from here on.
