Trump 2018 Executive order instructs DNI to file election meddling report within 45 days of election

I look at a September 12th, 2018 Executive order signed by President Trump that directs the director of National Intelligence to furnish a report within 45 days, detailing if any election interference occurred in the 2020 Presidential Election race. I look at Europe standing up against lock downs and a bit of dominion news. Joe Biden is not considered President Elect at this time. Burgess Owens wins Utah race.
