TopHobbyTrains Bachmann N Class J & new Soundtraxx Econami Sound decoder

This mod is of an old favorite Bachmann N Scale locomotive the N Scale Class J fitted with the new Soundtraxx ECO-100 Econami DCC Decoder.
We replaced the headlight and tender light with our THT golden white LED assemblies and rewired the loco back to the tender. The tender interior is completely re-engineered and rewired to provide ample room for the decoder and speaker. We also added our custom firebox and cab interior lighting for increased realism and interest.
Programming the Econami is similar to its cousin the Tsunami with the exception of register CV 32 needing to be set to access the higher CVs.
This new decoder form Soundtraxx is a welcome lower cost addition to our DCC installations that we offer to our customers.
